Digitally painted using Photoshop (as part of the course I took on digital painting in Melies - Escola de Cinema, 3D e Animação (São Paulo, Brazil), from January to June 2014). Rigoletto is the main character of the opera "Rigoletto", by Giuseppe Verdi, and for sure one of the saddest characters i know. I really sympathize and empathize with him everytime I watch it (I have on DVD, by the way). I based it on the costumes created for various productions in different decades (and it reminds me of Disney's Hunchback of Notre-Dame, though that was not my intention; but as it is one of my favourite Disney films, that makes me happy!).
